Common use of THE WORK Clause in Contracts

THE WORK. Contractor shall perform the work more fully described in the attached Exhibit A (the “Work”). The Work includes all work and services required by this Agreement, whether completed or partially completed, and includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services provided or to be provided by Contractor to fulfill Contractor’s obligations. All Work shall be completed according to the specifications set forth in the attached Exhibit B. Contractor shall at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials and debris caused by Contractor’s operations.
