The Xxxxxxx Representative Succession. The Xxxxxxx Representative’s designation rights described in Section 2.1 and the approval rights over certain Company actions described in Section 2.4 shall succeed as follows: (i) in the event of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x Disability, to Xxxx Xxxxxxx; (ii) upon each of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x and Xxxx Xxxxxxx’x Disability, to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx; (iii) upon each of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x, Xxxx Xxxxxxx’x and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx’x Disability, to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx; and (iv) upon each of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x, Xxxx Xxxxxxx’x, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx’x and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx’x Disability, this Agreement shall terminate.
