Theatrical Exhibition of Movies. The right to, and to permit others to, Broadcast all Movies by means of Theatrical Exhibition, whether on a “first-run” or “re-release” basis; it being understood and agreed that Grupo Televisa shall not, and shall not permit others to, Broadcast Licensed Content other than Movies by means of Theatrical Exhibition in the Territory during the Term;
