Common use of TheFork grants the Restaurateur Clause in Contracts

TheFork grants the Restaurateur. 6.6.1. a limited, non-transferable, personal, royalty-free, non-exclusive software license to use its Services. The foregoing license is non-sublicensable, with the limited exception that the Restaurateur may sub-license its rights to third-party website designers, webmasters and other providers of similar services, for the sole purpose of enabling such providers to assist the Restaurateur in activating and displaying the Widget on the Restaurant Website and provided that such providers will be subject to the same obligations as the Restaurateur under this Agreement, and 6.6.2. a limited, non-transferable, personal, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use TheFork Marks only for performing activities strictly related to and allowed under the terms of the Agreement and always subject to prior, express, written consent of TheFork. All uses of TheFork Marks by the Restaurateur shall be in the form and format specified or approved by TheFork. For the purposes of these General Conditions, “TheFork Marks" means the trademarks, trade names, copyrights, logos, slogans and other identifying symbols and indicia of TheFork.
