THEFORK OBLIGATIONS. By subscribing to the YUMS Program, the Restaurateur receives from TheFork reservations to which a Loyalty Discount applies. The Restaurateur is notified of reservations with a Loyalty Discount (“Reservation(s) with a Loyalty Discount”) and of the amount of the Loyalty Discount both in the Application in the list of reservations and in the confirmation email for each Reservation with a Loyalty Discount sent by TheFork.
