Therapies Utilization. In the aggregate, the total delivered service hours of therapies (PT, OT and SLP) must be at least 40% of the total delivered service hours of SST and therapies combined. If Grantee is unable to meet the required level of delivered service hours of therapies at 40%, Grantee may provide documentation to HHSC supporting that the area is medically underserved with a verifiable regional shortage of therapists.
