Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER and the UNION, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union AGREEMENT each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AgreementAGREEMENT, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this AgreementAGREEMENT.

Therefore. the Employer and the Association for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within with the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the rightright to, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate to, bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within which was discussed during the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed negotiations for this Agreement.

Therefore. the employer and the Union for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or of contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives unequivocally waive the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, except as may be expressly provided for herein, or with respect to any other matter or subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Union and the Employer, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in by this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or of contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement. In addition, or with respect each party agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate regarding any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this the Agreement, except as provided by O.R.C. 4117, et seq.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AgreementAgreement except as provided in Article 43, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this AgreementMidterm Dispute Resolution Procedure.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life term of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, including by way of example only, fringe benefits, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed executed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters xxxxxx may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives any right which might otherwise exist under law to negotiate over any matter during the rightterm of this Agreement, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreementin, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Local 436 each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER and the ASSOCIATION, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union AGREEMENT each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AgreementAGREEMENT, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this AgreementAGREEMENT.

All terms and conditions of employment not covered by this Agreement shall continue to be subject to the Employer's discretion and control.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with the respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of or either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement, except by mutual agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreementherein, even though whether such subjects subject or matters matter may or may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, right and each agrees that with the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically nor referred to specifically or not covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement. Nothing in this Article is meant to prevent the parties' from entering into any memorandums of agreement or understandings throughout the duration of this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though thought such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Labor Council each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER and UNION, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union AGREEMENT each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AgreementAGREEMENT, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this AgreementAGREEMENT.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life duration of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated . Except as specifically and signed expressly provided in this Agreement, neither party is required to negotiate any issue during the term of this Agreement unless legally mandated.

Therefore. Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and I unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.or

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives unqualified waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of or either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Co-Employers and the Union, for the life term of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, agreement even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed or executed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily clearly, voluntarily, and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred toto , or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life of this AgreementAgreement and any extension, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject subjects or matter matters referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation orcontemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and I unqualifiedly waives the right, right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or I contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life term of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, discussed during negotiations or covered in by this Agreement. The parties further agree, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in however, that this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters Agreement may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both be amended by mutual consent of the parties in writing at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreementany time.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer Employer, and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or subject matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, right and each agrees agree that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, to or covered in this Agreement, Agreement or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union for the duration of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed by this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreementagreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain/negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they bargained/negotiated and signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer, and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects subject or matters matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.

Therefore. the Employer and the Union for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated and or signed this Agreement.
