Common use of Third Advances Clause in Contracts

Third Advances. The obligation of the Bank to make a Third Advance available shall be subject to the condition that the Bank or its duly authorised representative shall have received on or prior to the drawdown of such Third Advance the relevant documents and evidence specified in Part 4 of schedule 2 in respect of such Third Advance in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

Third Advances. The obligation of the Bank to make a available the Third Advance available in respect of any Newbuilding shall be subject to the condition that the Bank or its duly authorised representative shall have received received, on or prior to the drawdown of such the relevant Third Advance Advance, the relevant documents and evidence specified in Part 4 of schedule 2 in respect of such Third Advance Newbuilding, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
