Common use of Third Interim Completion Certificate Clause in Contracts

Third Interim Completion Certificate. The final lift of asphalt shall not be placed until the underground services have been assumed by by-law, 100% of the residential units have been built and occupied other than the permits issued for Model Homes and the County Engineer has authorized the placement of surface asphalt. The Subdivider shall maintain and repair the Works for the Third Interim Completion Certificate a period of a minimum of two (2) years commencing on the date of the issuance by the County Engineer of the Third Interim Completion Certificate, continuing until the County shall have accepted the Third Interim Completion Certificate, by by- law, as provided in paragraph 56 (hereinafter and hereinbefore referred to as the "Warranty Period"); and the Subdivider shall repair any and all defects in the Works which shall become apparent within the Warranty Period.
