Common use of Third Interim Completion Certificate Clause in Contracts

Third Interim Completion Certificate. The final lift of asphalt shall not be placed until the underground services have been assumed by by-law, 85% of the residential units have been built and occupied and the County Engineer has authorized the placement of surface asphalt.
