Third Par t y Request. Should a Third Party, including law enforcement and government entities, request data held by the Contractor pursuant to the Services Agreement, the Contractor shall redirect the Third Party to request the data directly from the LEA. Contractor shall notify the LEA in advance of a compelled disclosure to a Third Party. Contractor shall share Student Data with law enforcement if required by law or court order.
