Third Party Access Rights. Customer shall have the right to provide access to the Densify Subscription Offering, Local Component and Documentation to third party contractors or consultants of Customer, and/or any third party to whom Customer outsources its business operations (together, “Contractors”), for the purpose of performing and/or exercising any applicable Customer rights with respect to the Densify Subscription Offering, Local Component and Documentation granted hereunder, provided that:
