Common use of Third Party Administrator Services Clause in Contracts

Third Party Administrator Services. 10.1 Employers shall pay the administrative expenses charged by the Third Party Administrator (TPA). 10.2 Autopayment to providers will be the default payment method unless requested otherwise by the bargaining unit. 10.3 The TPA chosen shall be able to provide debit cards to facilitate payments when auto- payment is not an option. Debit cards are expected to be provided to employees prior to January 1 of each year of this Agreement or, in the case of new employees, as soon after their commencement of employment as practicable. In the event of the failure of the TPA to deliver a debit card when due, such card shall be provided as promptly thereafter as possible.
