Third-Party Agreements and Rights. (a) The Grantee hereby confirms that he or she is not bound by the terms of any agreement with any previous employer or other party which restricts in any way the Grantee’s use or disclosure of information or the Grantee’s engagement in any business. In the Grantee’s work for the Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliates, the Grantee will not disclose or use any information in violation of any rights of any such previous employer or other party.
