Common use of Third Party Agreements Clause in Contracts

Third Party Agreements. For clarity, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article IV, the Parties’ rights and obligations set forth in this Article IV shall be subject to the terms of any Contracts existing as of the Effective Date to which the Licensor or any of its Affiliates is a party or otherwise bound, subject to the requirements for Licensor to notify Licensee pursuant to Section 2.9.
