Third Party Authorizations. Without limiting the obligations of ACS pursuant to Section 12.2 and subject to the terms of any Third Party contracts, if requested by Symetra as part of the Disentanglement, ACS shall procure at no charge to Symetra any Third Party authorizations necessary to grant Symetra the use and benefit of any Third Party contracts between ACS and Third Party contractors used to provide the Services, pending their assignment to Symetra pursuant to Section 10.3.4.
