Third-party clause. 9.1 The prohibitions and obligations imposed on the Employee in this user agreement have also been stipulated for the benefit of other parties, explicitly including XXImo and/or the Reseller, in favour of whom the Employer hereby stipulates this third-party clause in relation to the Employee.
