Common use of Third Party Connections Clause in Contracts

Third Party Connections. In the event of use of connections to the Cable from public and private property, Grantee shall designate the location and manner in which the Cable will enter and exit Grantor's property and connect to the Cable and shall provide such specifications as needed unless so provided in the engineering plans of Grantor's property. Such specifications will be subject to change from time to time by the written consent of the parties hereto. The Grantor shall have the right to review and approve (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) connections made pursuant to this Section 5.6.
