Common use of Third-Party Product Purchases Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Product Purchases. If Customer is, pursuant to a Service Order, purchasing any third-party products or services through Critical Start (“Third-Party Products”) as specified on the Service Order, Customer agrees that such Third-Party Products shall be subject to the terms and conditions supplied by the original third party suppliers of the Third Party Products including but not limited to, warranties or any third-party end-user license agreement incorporated into an applicable SLA or referenced in or attached to the Service Order (or similar document) relating to such Third-Party Products.
