Common use of Third-Party Product Purchases Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Product Purchases. If Customer purchases any third-party products or services (“Third Party Products”) through Secureworks as specified in a Transaction Document, then Customer will comply with any flow down terms and conditions applicable to Third Party Products including, but not limited to, any third-party end-user license agreement incorporated into an applicable service level agreement, service description, or referenced in or attached to the Transaction Document (or similar document) relating to such Third Party Products.
