Common use of Third Party Property Clause in Contracts

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property or equipment owned by (A) the lessor under any Equipment Leases, (B) the supplier or vendor under any other Operating Agreements, (C) the tenant under any Tenant Lease, (D) any Employees, (E) Manager or (F) any guests or customers of the Hotel, including, without limitation, those items set forth on Schedule 2.1(c) attached hereto.

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property or equipment owned by (A) the lessor under any Equipment Leases or any Leases, (B) the supplier supplier, vendor, licensor or vendor other party under any other Operating AgreementsAgreements or Licenses and Permits, (C) any Employees, (D) Manager, (E) Franchisor, (F) the tenant under any Tenant LeaseLease or similar agreement, (D) any Employees, (E) Manager or (FG) any guests or customers of the Hotel, including, without limitation, those items set forth on Schedule 2.1(c) attached hereto.;

Any fixtures, fixtures or personal property or equipment owned by (Ai) the lessor under any Equipment Leases, (Bii) the supplier or vendor under any other Operating AgreementsContracts, (Ciii) the tenant under any Tenant LeaseLeases, (Div) Manager, (v) any Employees, (E) Manager or (Fvi) any guests or customers of the Hotel, including, without limitation, those items set forth on Schedule 2.1(c) attached hereto.

Any fixtures, personal property or equipment intellectual property owned by (Ai) the lessor under any Equipment LeasesLeases (subject to Purchaser’s rights under the Equipment Leases following the Closing), (Bii) the supplier supplier, vendor, licensor or vendor other party under any other Operating AgreementsAgreements or Licenses and Permits, (Ciii) the tenant under any Tenant LeaseLeases, (Div) any Employees, (E) Manager or (Fv) any guests or customers of the Hotel, including, without limitation, those items set forth on Schedule 2.1(c) attached hereto.;

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property, equipment, trademarks or other intellectual property or equipment other assets which are owned by (A) the lessor under any Equipment Leases, (B) the supplier or vendor under any other Operating AgreementsContract, (CB) the tenant under any Tenant LeaseLease or Resident Agreement, (C) any employees, (D) any Employeestenant, guest or customer of any Property, or (E) Manager or any Current Manager, but excluding (Fi.e., the following shall be included in Property and transferred to the Purchaser at Closing) any guests or customers of rights and/or interests the Hotel, including, without limitation, those items set forth on Schedule 2.1(c) attached hereto.Sellers may have in the foregoing; and
