Third Party Providers. (a) If you are registered for Internet Banking, you can choose to use a third party provider: (i) to make balance transfers from your account on your behalf; (ii) to provide account information services to you provided, in both cases, that the third party provider is acting in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements. You can check whether a provider is authorised in the information they give to you about the services they will provide. (b) We will treat any instruction from a third party provider as if it was from you. We may refuse to allow a third party provider to access your account for reasons related to unauthorised or fraudulent access to your account by that third party provider. (e) If you consent to a third party provider having access to information concerning your account, we will assume that you consent to access being granted as frequently as the third party provider requests it. (f) If you ask a third party provider to request a payment and they don’t do this, we won’t be responsible for your payment not being made. (g) If you think a transaction may have been made incorrectly or is unauthorised, you must tell us as soon as possible even where you use a third party provider.

Third Party Providers. Third Party Providers. (a) If you are registered for Internet Banking4.1 The Authorised Users may authorise certain types of regulated businesses to access and collate information regarding your Account, you can choose or initiate payments to use a third party provider: (i) to make balance transfers parties from your account on Account without using your behalf;debit or credit card details (“Third Party Provider”). You may share information regarding your Business Internet Banking with a Third Party Provider whom you wish to authorise to act in respect of your Account. (ii) to provide account information services to you provided, in both cases, that the third party provider is acting 4.2 Provided they act in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements. You can check whether a provider is authorised in the information they give to you about the services they will provide. (d) If you give your security details to a third party that isn’t are genuine. Genuine Third Party Providers are authorised or registered by the Financial Conduct Authority or an equivalent European regulator. 4.4 If you share your details with an authorised Third Party Provider they will be able to see all of your selected Accounts appearing on Business Internet Banking and we will not have any control over how your data is used by this Third Party Provider. 4.5 An Authorised User that wishes to use a European RegulatorThird Party Provider will only be able to authorise it to carry out those Functionalities that the Authorised User themselves may carry out. For example, we’ll have to assume it’s you that’s authorising us to give if an Authorised User only has access to your accountview Account information, will treat payments instructed by that third party as authorised by you and will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of misuse or disclosure of information about your account by that third party. (e) If you consent to a third party provider having access to information concerning your account, we will assume that you consent to access being granted as frequently as the third party provider requests it. (f) If you ask a third party provider to request a payment and Third Party Provider they don’t do this, we authorise won’t be responsible for able to make payments, but may access information on your payment Account. If you do not being madewant an Authorised User to be able to authorise a Third Party Provider, you should remove their access to Business Internet Banking. 4.6 You consent to us sharing your information (gwhich may include personal information relating to an Authorised User) with Third Party Providers as is reasonably required by them to provide their services. 4.7 If you you, or an Authorised User think a transaction payment may have been made incorrectly or is unauthorised, unauthorised you (or the Additional User) must tell us as soon as possible even where immediately. We may stop a Third Party Provider from accessing your Account if we are concerned about unauthorised or fraudulent access by them. (a) In the event You have access to or use of the World Tariff Software and other related World Tariff Technology through the products or services of a Third Party Provider, the conditions, disclaimers, waiver, limitations and other terms of this Section apply to You. Third Party Providers. (a) Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Third Party Data and Services provided under this Agreement contain information obtained, selected and consolidated by the Third Party Providers under the authority of the Third Party Providers, that Customer's use of the Third Party Data and Services is authorized and regulated by the Third Party Providers and further that the Third Party Providers may require to be provided with information and data about Customer and the Third Party Users in connection with their provision of Third Party Data and Services. Customer also acknowledges that the Third Party Providers may modify the Third Party Data and Services, discontinue availability of Third Party Data and Services or modify the rules concerning availability and applicable royalty fees of any of the Third Party Data and Services or require changes to the Third Party Data and Services, in which case none of SunGard or the Third Party Providers may be held responsible for such modification and discontinuance. Any changes required by the Third Party Providers over which SunGard has no control shall be made a part of this Agreement by SunGard's written notice of any such changes to Customer.
