Common use of Third-Party Reimbursement and Program Income Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Reimbursement and Program Income. GRANTEE is required to pursue reimbursement from all other sources of funding available for services performed under this Agreement. Other sources of funding include, but are not limited to, third-party reimbursements and program income. In no instance shall any combination of other sources of funding and xxxxxxxx to DWS be greater than “necessary and reasonable costs to perform the services” as supported by audited financial records. Collections over and above audited costs shall be refunded to DWS.
