Common use of Third Party Requests Clause in Contracts

Third Party Requests. If Contractor receives a Third Party Request, Contractor will, unless it is prohibited by law or by the terms of the Third Party Request: (a) promptly notify District of its receipt of a Third Party Request in a manner permitted by law; and (b) comply with District’s reasonable requests regarding its efforts to oppose a Third Party Request.
