Common use of THIRD PARTY RIGHT Clause in Contracts

THIRD PARTY RIGHT. 13.1 Save to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement and, to avoid doubt, without prejudice to the terms of the Funders' Direct Agreement or the rights of any permitted successor to the rights of Contractor or of any permitted assignee, it is expressly declared that no rights shall be conferred under and arising out of this Agreement (whether under the Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Xxx 0000 or otherwise) upon any person other than the Authority and Contractor.
