Third Party Right. Each of the Parties and any of their respective Affiliates may enforce any right granted to it under this Agreement. Other than as set out in Section 15.8, no Person who is not a Party may enforce any provision of this Agreement under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 or otherwise. Nanobiotix and Lian may agree to vary or terminate this Agreement in accordance with its terms without the agreement of any Third Party.
