Third Party Service. The Owner further agrees that while their Boat is on the Marina’s premises they shall not hire or permit any person or any company, other than the Marina, to perform any labour thereon or to make installation of equipment thereof, it being understood that the Marina does not permit third parties to complete or conduct labour or services on its premises without its express written authorization due to insurance and occupiers’ liability concerns. When the Marina does not directly offer these services, permission from the Marina administration at the Marina’s sole discretion, must be obtained for an offsite company to work on the premises. The foregoing limitation is not intended to prevent the Owner or their regular crew from doing such work on their Boat, provided such work is approved in writing by the Marina. Invoicing and payment for any authorized sublet or third-party work will be processed by the Marina and in accordance with the requisite work order authorization.
Third Party Service. 9.1 Where the exercise of powers or performance of duties are authorised or required by the terms of an agreement between you and any third party, you may:
Third Party Service. The Cloud Service may include technology or services licensed from third party suppliers (“Third Party Technology). SAP is obligated to provide the Third Party Technology to OEM and End Users under the licenses granted in this Agreement only if and to the extent SAP continues to have rights from the third party provider to include the Third Party Technology in the applicable Cloud Service.
Third Party Service. The Service interoperates with third party services (Third Party Service), and it depends on continuing availability of and access to Third Party Service , including application programming interfaces, for full functionality of the Service. Customer is responsible for obtaining all rights and the payment of all fees associated with all Third-Party Service for purposes of this agreement.
Third Party Service. Yoti has no obligation to make any Third Party Services available via the Yoti Platform, but we may in our sole discretion choose to do so from time to time. We can withdraw the provision of any Third Party Service via the Yoti Platform at any time without giving you notice. Use of Third Party Services will be governed solely by the terms and conditions of the relevant Third Party Service provider and we are not liable to you. If you have an issue or a claim with the Third Party Services we may give assistance to you (at your cost) to resolve the issue or pursue the claim. Yoti does not guarantee that any Third Party Service is suitable for any particular purpose and as between Yoti and you the Third Party Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim any and all implied or express representations, warranties, terms or conditions in connection with the Third Party Service.
Third Party Service. In the event that any software and/or service of any third-party is used by the Company in the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless such third parties of any claims, actions or suits, as well as any related expenses, liabilities, damages, settlements, costs or fees arising from the User’s use or misuse of the third-party software and/or service as part of the Company’s Services.
Third Party Service. 5.1 Tech Data will procure for the Customer the Third Party Service for the Third Party Service Term.
Third Party Service. OEM may resell the Cloud Service, which may include the use of third party technology or services from third party suppliers, in accordance with the Agreement only to the extent SAP continues to have rights to resell the technology or service of such third-party supplier.
Third Party Service. The Owner agrees that self-employed or independent contractors, hired the by Owner, to work on the Owner’s boat while it is on Marina property, including all waters within the Marina boundaries, must demonstrate that they carry commercial general liability insurance and personal injury liability insurance, each to the sum of one million ($1 000 000) and each including coverage for pollution liability. Contractors must also demonstrate evidence of workers compensation coverage for all employees who will work at the Marina.
Third Party Service. To the extent this Mobile App allows you to access third party services, the Bank, and those third parties, as applicable, reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any of those services at any time without notice. In no event will we be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Service. We may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain Service, in any case and without notice or liability.
