Third Party Service. The Cloud Service may include technology or services licensed from third party suppliers (“Third Party Technology). SAP is obligated to provide the Third Party Technology to OEM and End Users under the licenses granted in this Agreement only if and to the extent SAP continues to have rights from the third party provider to include the Third Party Technology in the applicable Cloud Service.
