Third Party Software and Documentation Licenses. (1) CONTRACTOR grants HHSC a non- exclusive, perpetual, license for HHSC to use the Third Party Software and its associated Documentation for its internal business purposes. HHSC will be entitled to use the Third Party Software on the Equipment or any replacement equipment used by HHSC, and with any replacement Third Party Software chosen by HHSC, without additional Charges. Terms in any licenses for Third Party Software will be consistent with the requirements of this Section.
