Common use of Third Party Software Library Clause in Contracts

Third Party Software Library. The Software incorporates the software library ALGLIB (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx). The Licensee has no right to modify, decompile or reverse-engineer ALGLIB binary files. The Licensee has no right to use ALGLIB except as part of the Software. The Software incorporates the software library Intel MKL (xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/en-us/intel-mkl). The Licensee has no right to modify, decompile or reverse-engineer Intel MKL binary files. The Licensee has no right to use Intel MKL except as part of the Software. The Software incorporates the software library iTextSharp-LGPL (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/packages/iTextSharp-LGPL/). The Licensee has no right to modify, decompile or reverse-engineer iTextSharp-LGPL binary files. The Licensee has no right to use iTextSharp-LGPL except as part of the Software. The Software incorporates the software library NI Measurement Studio (xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/mstudio/). The Licensee has no right to modify, decompile or reverse-engineer NI Measurement Studio binary files. The Licensee has no right to use NI Measurement Studio except as part of the Software.
