Third Party Software is subject to the license terms and disclaimers (together: “Terms”) provided by the licensor. Third Party Software will be identified in a Read Me or Credits file or folder accompanying such software. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE, YOUR USE OF EACH ITEM OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE IS GOVERNED BY ITS APPLICABLE TERMS, AND WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND MAKE NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO, THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE.
