Third Party Testing Laboratory Services. The Parties anticipate using Third Party contract laboratories for the performance of certain Sample testing and/or other activities within the scope of the Project Plan (the “Contract Laboratories”). The selection and use of such Third Party contractors shall be managed in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.7.
