Third Party Trade Secrets. The Executive represents that the Executive has not brought and will not bring with the Executive to the Company, or use in the performance of the Executive’s responsibilities for Company, any materials or documents of a former employer or third party which are not generally available to the public, unless the Executive has obtained written authorization from the former employer or other owner for their possession and use and provided the Company with a copy of such authorization.
