Common use of Third Party Verification Clause in Contracts

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project (from which power under this Agreement is being made available) free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to SECI and/or the third party in this regard. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI Buyer and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NTPC and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality NTPC/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NHPC and a third Party nominated by NHPC/MNRE or any Indian Governmental Instrumentality other concerned statutory agency for inspection and verification of the works being carried out out, operations/performance by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation operation/performance of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NTPC and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to NTPC and/or the third party in this regard. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Solar Power Project (from which power under this Agreement is being made available) free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI SECI/LEDA/LED and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to SECI/LEDA/LED and/or the third party in this regard. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI DVC and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to DVC and/or the third party in this regard. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 14.7.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NR/Railway and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality NR/Railway for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 14.7.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI BBMB and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI OFC, KANPUR and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality SECI/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI JDA and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 4.9.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project (from which power under this Agreement is being made available) free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI UPPCL and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to UPPCL and/or the third party in this regard. 4.8.2 4.9.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI XXXX and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality SECI/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. 4.8.2 The third party may verify the construction works/operation of the Power Project being carried out by the SPD and if it is found that the construction works/operation of the Power Project is not as per the Prudent Utility Practices, it may seek clarifications from SPD or require the works to be stopped or to comply with the instructions of such third party.
