Common use of Third Shift Bonus Clause in Contracts

Third Shift Bonus. An employee who works a third shift of six and one-half (6-1/2) hours will receive a bonus equivalent to one and one-half (1-1/2) hours' pay at his/her base rate. A prorated portion of that bonus will be paid when the employee works less than six and one-half (6-1/2) hours on a regular third shift.
