Third Step: Written Request to Superintendent. 5.6.1 - If the immediate superior's decision on the grievance is not received by the employee within 10 days of the filing with the immediate superior as described in paragraph 5.5, or if the employee is dissatisfied with the decision on the grievance received, the employee is entitled to file the written request for a grievance directed to the Superintendent. The written request shall be filed with the Superintendent not later than 45 days from the written denial or failure of the immediate superior to respond in writing.

Third Step: Written Request to Superintendent. 5.6.1 - 6.6.1 If the immediate superior's ’s decision on the grievance is not received by the employee Administrator within 10 days of the filing with the immediate superior as described in paragraph 5.56.5, or if the employee Administrator is dissatisfied with the decision on the grievance received, the employee Administrator is entitled to file the written request for a grievance directed to the Superintendent. The written request shall be filed with the Superintendent not later than 45 days from the written denial or failure of the immediate superior to respond in writing.
