Common use of This Agreement Is Not an Employment Contract Clause in Contracts

This Agreement Is Not an Employment Contract. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that (a) this Agreement is not an employment agreement and (b) nothing in this Agreement shall give the Executive any right or impose any obligations to continued employment by CCOW, nor shall it give CCOW any rights or impose any obligations for the continued performance of duties by the Executive for CCOW or any subsidiary or successor of CCOW.
