This Is the Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer. Anything which Seller and Buyer have talked about in any negotiations, any promise, and any past understanding or agreement (whether it is in writing or not) is canceled if it is not in this Agreement. No changes to this Agreement will be valid unless approved by Seller and Xxxxx in writing.
