Right of Way Programs. Permitting (RWPP). Under the coordination of the City’s Project Manager, RWPP shall provide Services as described below: 1. Provide necessary City staffing and support Services for the State-led ROW process, including ROW coordination related to City-owned and controlled parcels and for the right-of-way acquisition of parcels to be owned or controlled by the City upon completion of construction. RWPP shall review and provide comments on property rights to be acquired; Any future ROW transfer will be addressed as part of the ROW process and in a separate ROW agreement, as necessary.

(e) Additional services include but are not limited to file set-up and maintenance, title work, GIS indexing and attendance at meetings.

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation.   • Wellness Program Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a department or agency from recommending experimental “fitness” type programs and reward programs involving wellness promotion activities. Any such activities shall be funded from the department’s separate appropriation, after review by the Benefits Advisory Committee and approval by the Secretary of Administration, or designee.
