The User recognizes, understands and acknowledges that it is the intention hereof that this Lease Agreement be a net lease and that as long as any of the Bonds are Outstanding all Basic Rent be available for payment of the principal of, premium (if any) and interest on the Bonds and that all Additional Rent shall be available for the purposes specified therefor.
