Common use of Those Becoming Clause in Contracts

Those Becoming. Insured After Age 65 If an employee becomes insured after age 65, the amount of his/her Life Insurance (until discontinued under the provision of (2) above) will be determined in accordance with the Schedule of Benefits in Section 3 above, subject to the reductions described in (1) above, as though he/she had been insured since age 65.

Those Becoming. Insured After Age 65 If an employee becomes insured after age 65, the amount of his/her Life Insurance life insurance (until discontinued under the provision of (2) above) will be determined in accordance with the Schedule schedule of Benefits benefits in Section 3 above, subject to the reductions described in (1) above, as though he/she had been insured since age 65.
