Affirmative Action Program. 1 CONSULTANT shall strive to implement principles of equal employment opportunity through an effective affirmative action program, which shall have as its objective to increase the use of women, minorities, and persons with disabilities and other protected groups, at all levels of employment in all divisions of CONSULTANT's work force, where these groups may have been previously under-used and under-represented.

Affirmative Action Program. The Association agrees to support the state’s current Affirmative Action Programs and any other affirmative action programs affecting employees.
Affirmative Action Program. The Beneficiary agrees that it shall be committed to carry out an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles of and as required by President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965. Where applicable, the Beneficiary shall submit a written plan for an Affirmative Action Program prior to the reimbursement of funds. • Notification The Beneficiary shall send to each labor union or representative of workers with which it has a collective bargaining agreement or other contract or understanding, a notice, to be provided by the agency contracting officer, advising the labor union or worker’s representative of the Beneficiary’s commitments under Section 202 of Executive Order No. 11246 and shall post copies of the notice in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment. • Equal Employment Opportunity The Beneficiary shall include the equal opportunity clause found at 41 CFR § 60- 1.4(b) in all of its contracts or subcontracts for construction work funded in whole or in part with federal grant funds.

Affirmative Action Program. Unless otherwise exempt, this contract is subject to the affirmative action program provisions in Section 10.8.4 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, as amended from time to time. A. During the performance of this contract, Seller certifies and represents that Seller and each subcontractor hereunder will adhere to an affirmative action program to ensure that in its employment practices, persons are employed and employees are treated equally and without regard to or because of race, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status or medical condition. 1. This provision applies to work or services performed or materials manufactured or assembled in the United States. 2. C. As part of the Buyer’s supplier registration process, and/or at the request of the awarding authority or the Office of Contract Compliance, Seller shall certify on an electronic or hard copy form to be supplied, that Seller has not discriminated in the performance of City of Los Angeles contracts against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis or because of race, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status or medical condition. D. Seller shall permit access to and may be required to provide certified copies of all of its records pertaining to employment and to its employment practices by the awarding authority or the Office of Contract Compliance, for the purpose of investigation to ascertain compliance with the Affirmative Action Program provisions of City of Los Angeles contracts, and on their or either of their request to provide evidence that it has or will comply therewith.
