Thrivent Balanced Income Plus Fund. The management fee for this Fund, calculated in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Thrivent Mutual Funds Investment Advisory Agreement, shall be at an annual rate of 0.550% of the first $500 million of average daily net assets, 0.500% of the next $500 million of average daily net assets, 0.475% of the next $1.5 billion of average daily net assets, 0.450% of the next $2.5 billion of average daily net assets, and 0.425% of average daily net assets over $5 billion.
