Thrivent Low Volatility Equity Fund. The management fee for this Fund, calculated in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Thrivent Mutual Funds Investment Advisory Agreement, shall be at an annual rate of 0.600% of the first $100 million of average daily net assets and 0.500% of average daily net assets over $100 million.
