Common use of Ticket Agent Agreements Clause in Contracts

Ticket Agent Agreements. The Knicks shall be required to utilize and comply with the current primary and secondary ticket provider agreement(s) with Licensor’s ticket agent (the “Ticket Agent”), and any amendment, modification or replacement of the same in accordance with Section 5.06(b), (the “Ticket Agent Agreements”) for applicable Ticket transactions for Home Games and any Other Knicks Events to which tickets are sold.
