Time and Material Services. A. For Services compensated on a time and materials basis, each Individual will submit a signed weekly timesheet, detailing the services performed, for written approval by the ERCOT Manager named in the SOW.
Time and Material Services. The software maintenance services not in- cluded in the fixed price fee will be billed to the Customer on a time and material basis accord- ing to the currently applicable rates and conditions of the Supplier.

All Maintenance Services performed on a time-and-material basis under this Agreement will be invoiced upon completion of said Maintenance Services according to the following conditions; - Additional work quoted on a fixed price will be invoiced according to price specified on CWO. - Additional work quoted on a budgetary basis will be invoiced according to the actual cost; > Material and subcontracted work will be invoiced based on the supplier's or subcontractor's invoice plus handling charge as specified in the order. > Maintenance Services performed by EAS, will be invoiced according to the man-hours spent, including engineering, planning, procurement and quality control.
Time and Material Services. Any work performed on systems not covered by a VOX Maintenance Agreement or Warranty is subject to the prevailing labor rates for time and material work.
Time and Material Services. 4.1 This Section 4 shall apply solely to Services provided on a time and material basis as set out in the relevant Statement of Work.
Time and Material Services. In the event Customer enters into a Quote that includes Professional Services to be provided on a time and material basis (“T&M Hours”) and the Quote includes a total targeted number of T&M Hours to be purchased by Customer (“Total Target T&M Hours”), Customer hereby commits to utilize a minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the Total Target T&M Hours (“Minimum T&M Hours Guarantee”). If, at the end of the twelve (12) month period from the start date of the Quote (the, “12-Month Period”), Customer has not utilized T&M Hours to meet or exceed the Minimum T&M Hours Guarantee, PowerSchool, in its discretion and at its option, may invoice Customer for the amount equivalent to the difference between the T&M Hours for Professional Services actually rendered by PowerSchool to Customer and the Minimum T&M Hours Guarantee (the “T&M Delta”), and Customer shall pay such invoice in accordance with the terms of its Agreement. If Customer, at any time prior to the end of the 12-Month Period, notifies PowerSchool that Customer elects not to procure Professional Services equal to or exceeding the Minimum T&M Hours Guarantee, PowerSchool may immediately invoice Customer for the T&M Delta, and Customer shall pay such T&M Delta in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. For clarification, if Customer procures Professional Services exceeding the Minimum T&M Hours Guarantee, Customer shall pay for all Professional Services rendered by PowerSchool in excess of the Minimum T&M Hours Guarantee.
