Time and Method of Payment of Benefits. Benefit payments under the SERB Plan shall be made to Executive in the same manner as provided under the Qualified Plans. Except as otherwise provided in the Qualified Plans, no benefits shall be payable hereunder prior to death, disability or termination of employment.
