Time and Method of Payment of Benefits. Benefit payments hereunder shall be made to Executive in the same manner as provided under the Qualified Plans. Except as 6 otherwise provided in the Qualified Plans, no benefits shall be payable hereunder prior to death, disability or termination of employment.
