Common use of Time and Place for Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Place for Payment. All payments under this Charge shall be made to us at such place as we shall designate to you from time to time. Each payment is to be made by 2:00 p.m. on the day on which it is due and payable. Any payment received by us after 2:00 p.m. shall be deemed for the purpose of calculation and payment of interest, to have been made and received on the next day we are open for business.
