Common use of Time and Place of Completion Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of Completion. Completion shall take place at the Hong Kong offices of Pxxx, Weiss, Rifkind, Wxxxxxx & Gxxxxxxx, 12th Floor, Hong Kxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, 0X Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx on or before the sixteen (16th) day after all the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 (other than those conditions precedent that by their terms cannot be fulfilled until Completion) are satisfied or waived in writing, or at such other time and place as the Parties may agree or as may be determined pursuant to Section 4.3.
