Time Annual Incentive Plan; Time Annual Sales Incentive Plan. The Time Group shall retain all Liabilities with respect to Time Employees, Salary Continuation Former Employees and Former Time Employees (including Time Employees or Former Time Employees who are employed primarily outside the U.S.) under each applicable annual cash incentive plan or arrangement of a member of the Time Group, including the Time Annual Incentive Plan and the Time Advertising Sales Incentive Plan, in each case, that relate to the year that includes the Distribution.
